What is a mom to do??

Suddenly, as in yesterday, Quinners decides that she does not want a diaper anymore.

The problem is that she will not allow her little 23 month old butt to touch the potty, the toilet, or any other waste receptacle.

So she is running around, with only "bob the builder" underwear (saved from when Hayley wore them...so cute) and we keep asking her if she needs to use the potty. She replies, in her biggest big girl voice - "Potty power". But not venturing anywhere near the vicinity of the bathroom.

Five words will save my life right now.......thank god for hardwood floors.

Does the kid have ESP? She just peed, gotta go.

yep, hardwood floors, a mother's dream. Let's see everyday I wash from those floors, milk, yogurt, mashed banana, chewy granola bars, pee, bubblegum, toothpaste, hair gel, silly putty ... I think you get the idea.

I have no ideas for you. I still have to figure out how to make Tyler stop sticking his hand in his diaper and saying "WET DIRTY!" ..

Potty Power!!!!! LOL and yes, I am with you on the hardwood floors... even though mine are white, I still adore them for the non-stain factor.

Yes, I hear ya on the hardwood floors. I became one with my mop for many a week. The carpet in the upstairs office is another story though. I see a date with the Rug Doctor in my future.

Those potty training days made me a nervous wreck and I remember wondering if they/I would ever get through it. You can't very well rub her nose in it like some pet owners do...you can't um...well, I guess I am no help. GOOD LUCK.
